 Who has not ever heard of hernia? Or maybe you yourself are one of the disease is often called fallow down by the common people. Diseases means hernia is a disease that occurs due to the body's organs out of the original room (usually the intestines) and move to another room organs through a weak thin connective tissue in the wall of the room. It will be seen in the form of a lump in the groin area on the patient. In addition to the groin, the intestine can move into the navel, or diaphragm area.

This disease can be dangerous in the event of infection because it can spread throughout the body and cause tremendous pain. If it is like this then the medical treatment with surgery can not be negotiable. Currently the only effective medical treatment to cure a hernia is with surgery.

Tips to prevent disease Hernia

But do not worry, you can still prevent this disease by means of:

1. Exercise regularly to strengthen muscles early. It can anticipate the weakening of muscles due to old age. 
    
2. Multiply to eat fruits and vegetables especially those that contain fiber so you do not have constipation. 
    
3. Do not use your back muscles to lift heavy loads. Use the leg strength to help lift the load. 
    
4. Immediately see a doctor if it gets in trouble urinating, because it can trigger a hernia.
